Terms of Use
These Terms set out the rules that apply when you access or use Soreyn.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of Soreyn. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and comply with the laws that apply to you.
2. Account and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your device and credentials. You may not misuse Soreyn, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of law or the rights of others.
3. License and ownership
Soreyn grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store rules. Soreyn, its design, software, branding, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Fitness and location information
Soreyn provides estimates for general fitness information. It is not a medical device, emergency service, safety system, or navigation service. GPS, distance, pace, speed, elevation, route, and energy information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
5. Safe use
Stay aware of traffic, terrain, weather, physical condition, and your surroundings. Do not interact with Soreyn when doing so would be unsafe. Stop activity and seek qualified assistance when appropriate.
6. Availability and third-party services
Features may depend on device capabilities, network access, Apple services, or third-party providers and may change or become unavailable. External services are governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Your content and records
You retain responsibility for notes and other content you create and for maintaining any exports or backups you consider important. You must have the necessary rights to content you enter into Soreyn.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soreyn is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes, termination, and contact
We may update Soreyn and these Terms, suspend features, or terminate access where reasonably necessary. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Questions may be submitted through the support contact published in Soreyn or on this website.
